Requirement:

A candidate for this role should not only be able to implement complex algorithms and solve challenging programming problems in Java but also design a robust architecture for a distributed system that can handle large-scale data processing. They should have experience in leading a team

through the design phase, ensuring that all components of the system are well-integrated, efficient, and maintainable.

The candidate should be a well-rounded developer with both deep technical skills in Java programming and broad experience in system design, capable of performing at a senior level within the organization.

€¢ Excellent Programmers:

Proficiency in Java.
Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Familiarity with Java frameworks and tools.
€¢ Exposure to System Design:

Experience in designing scalable and reliable software systems.
Knowledge of architectural principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Ability to create and understand UML diagrams, flowcharts, and other design documentation.
€¢ A3/A4 Senior Levels:

Typically implies several years of experience in software development.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects or teams.
Involvement in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Senior-level expertise in both programming and system design.

Bachelor of Engineering - Bachelor of Technology (B.E./B.Tech.)
