Job Summary: The Onboarding and Offboarding Specialist is responsible for managing the seamless integration of new team members into the Managed Services India ITOC organization and ensuring the efficient and secure offboarding of employees who leave. This role involves coordinating with various departments to track onboarding processes, raise access requests, and follow up with customers to revoke access when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding: Track the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring all necessary steps are completed.
2. Offboarding: Manage the offboarding process for employees leaving the organization
3. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding and offboarding inquiries.
4. Compliance: Ensure all onboarding and offboarding processes comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in onboarding and offboarding processes.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Working Conditions:
Contract position.
