Essential Duties and Responsibilities
o Manage and supervise staff in all areas of the restaurant, including kitchen, front of house, and bar
o Hiring of associates for F&B Service and kitchen chefs
o Train and develop employees to ensure consistent service and menu knowledge
o Working closely with the Sales and Marketing team in creating promotions and fliers/creative
o Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
o Monitor and control inventory and expenses to meet financial goals
o Coordinate with chefs to develop and implement menus that maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
o Ensure compliance with all local and state food safety regulations
o Maintain a positive and professional relationship with vendors and suppliers
o Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
o Drives guest satisfaction ratings and drives revenue performance for all outlets through establishing revenue targets per restaurant
o Ability to manage multiple projects at once
o Oversee scheduling and payroll for all staff members
Qualifications
o Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
o Minimum of 15 years of experience in similar restaurant management
o Strong leadership and communication skills
o Excellent organizational and time management skills
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
o Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices
o Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems
