Work Experience:
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in Marketing and Sales of Real Estate in Residential, Commercial and Retail real estates especially exposure in big organisation in different locations like Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai, etc.
• Successful handling sales and marketing experience in the field of Senior Living Project will be preferred.
• Knowledge in expanding the channel partner base and coordinating with them regularly for sales.
• Extensive and growing knowledge of the real estate market and competitive landscape.

• Capability of working independently, taking initiative, and being part of a team working collaboratively.

• Advanced computer literacy, including a strong proficiency of Microsoft Office, and actively good knowledge in crafting strategies for all Marketing teams, for branding and design principles for Pricing Strategies, Product Launches, Marketing Campaigns.

• Analyse consumer behaviour and determine customer personas.

• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from recognized University.
• MBA in Marketing for a recognized and reputed Management University.
Salary:
• CTC: Commensurate with qualifications and work experience and in line with Industry standards in Kolkata.
