Expert knowledge of MS Office
Strong report writing skills
Good financial understanding of Cashflow models
Team Player & able to build effective relationships within organisation
Good interpersonal skills - confident communication style - able to communicate clearly and concisely with colleagues at all levels within the firm-Identify and understand client needs clearly
Articulate communication skills are a must
Self-driven and proactive attitude towards assigned goals
Ability and willingness to engage well at all stages of the assignments

Employee specification

Post graduate qualification
Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in real estate valuation or consulting domain
Experience in IPC or private equity funds operating in real estate
investments are preferred.
