ZINFI is a global company with its corporate office located in California and regional offices located in Australia, China, India, Japan, Singapore, UK, and US. Pre-Sales Support o Practice extensively and know the ZINFI UCM Product comprehensively. o Support ZINFI Sales team at a global level with prospect related items, especially related to free trials o Engage with engineering to resolve any sales related items on an utmost urgent basis o Effectively communicate across all function’s activities related to achieving sales support tasks. Post-Sales Engagement o Successfully onboard a new client onto ZINFI SaaS application platform. o Work with a client to initially setup a UCM portal with core functionalities for deployment and launch. o Advise clients with best practices tools and methodologies, available in ZINFI Center of Excellence. o Put together a detailed project plan by using ZINFI’s Project Management Process (PMP) and Tools, e.g., Teamwork, Teams, UCM, etc. o Understand client’s requirement logically and prepare use case documents to automate customers channel management programs with UCM. o Prepare mock-ups based on initial discussion with client and use-case documents. Review these mockups with client for their approval. Explain client’s requirements with the mock-ups and use case documents to the Development team. o Run weekly, if necessary, daily interlocks with clients as well as ZINFI internal team members, e.g. engineering, client care, sales, etc.
