Responsibilities:

1. Act as a strategic partner and advisor to the assigned Director, providing insights and recommendations on key business decisions.

2. Drive cross-functional initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and seamless execution.

3. Develop and implement organizational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across departments.

4. Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing actionable recommendations.

5. Prepare and present reports, updates, and presentations to the Director and other senior leaders on a regular basis.

6. Coordinate and manage communication between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.

7. Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Director, ensuring successful completion and alignment with company goals.



Requirements:

1. Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in management

3. Strong financial modeling skills and experience in strategic business analysis

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

5. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

6. Proven track record of driving complex projects and initiatives to successful completion.

7. Familiarity with the tech world and experience with current productivity tools is a plus.
