To ensure smooth operations in order to achieve the dispatch targets.
He should be able to communicate with the client’s staff and be cooperative with them in collectively troubleshooting any issues
To assist his superior, calculate the container stuffing keeping in mind the size of the products being stuffed in the container, their quantity to be shipped etc. Also, be able to do the same in the absence of his superior
He should have the experience of identifying the defects segregating the rejected items
He should be capable of maintaining the required quality and ensuring that only quality material is being dispatched.
He should be able to make the laborers follow the instructions given to him by his superiors.
He should be able to identify and foresee and issues and report the same to his superior
Documentation and report generation as per Management requirement
Ensure cleaning, maintain & safe work environment within department.
