Responsibilities and duties:
• Manage and coordinate all construction and related activities for the project in terms of cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Ensure compliance and implementation of all Engineering Procedures, practices and techniques as outlined in the design basis document and project drawings.
• Understand the job sequencing, resource requirements and organize the project resources to ensure the project is implemented within the project budget, as per the schedule and as per quality parameters specified. Work in close coordination with the design, engineering teams and PMC to achieve ‘Value engineering’ and ‘Cost optimization’.
• Provide inputs for preparation of periodic project MIS.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory rules, local byelaws and manage the environment to facilitate uninterrupted progress of site works.
• Conduct Quality and safety Audits at site & implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate finalization of construction methods, erection/construction schemes and plans/design of enabling works.
• Lesioning with local authorities to obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites for Environmental clearance, Fire NOC, Municipality Drawing sanction.
• Negotiation with Pan India Based contractors.
• Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints and drawings.
• Proficient in budgeting, scheduling, negotiating, and controlling costs.
• Must have good exposure in executing multi-Storey projects like Residential/ Commercial complexes.
Work Experience:
• Having versed knowledge in handling multiple projects in High rise (Residential & Commercial) and Township with reputed construction Company / builders.
• Candidate based at Calcutta and vicinity area (Eastern zone)
• Having good knowledge in construction commercial, Project, estimates, billing, and planning.
• Minimum 20 years and above relevant experience in High-rise building projects and Commercial Projects, Bungalow, etc.
