When I founded ADI HR & Consulting in 2019, I noticed a recurring problem in the consultancy world: a lack of transparency. Recruiters were focused on numbers, while businesses and candidates were treated as statistics.

We started in Madhyamgram with a simple belief—that every placement should be a win-for-win. For the Employer, that means receiving a shortlist of candidates who aren't just qualified on paper but are the right cultural and professional fit. For the Candidate, it means finding a career path that offers growth, whether that’s right here in West Bengal/India or in international markets like Serbia, Kuwait, Oman, Middle East, Australia or anywhere Globally.
