FUNCTIONAL LEAD - AEM / EDGE DELIVERY SERVICES
Hyderabad | 6-10 Years | ₹10-20 LPA | Notice: Up to 30 Days
We are looking for a Functional Lead with strong AEM Edge Delivery Services (EDS) experience who can connect business stakeholders, content teams and delivery teams and turn business requirements into practical solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, content teams and delivery teams
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements
• Translate business requirements into effective AEM EDS solutions
• Support solution planning and ensure alignment with business objectives and user experience
• Prioritise and manage the delivery backlog
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood
• Manage stakeholder expectations, communication and dependencies
• Coordinate UAT and support issue resolution
• Track delivery progress and communicate key updates
• Ensure the EDS implementation remains aligned with business requirements
WHO SHOULD APPLY?
We are looking for professionals with:
• 6-10 years of relevant experience
• Strong functional experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Specific experience with AEM Edge Delivery Services (EDS)
• Strong requirements gathering and functional analysis skills
• Experience working with business and content stakeholders
• Backlog prioritisation and delivery coordination experience
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience coordinating UAT and business validation
This is NOT a purely technical AEM development role. The requirement is for a Functional Lead who can understand business needs, guide solution planning and drive effective delivery.
LOCATION & COMPENSATION
Hyderabad
₹10-20 LPA
