Job Description:
1. Understand and communicate marketing strategy and objectives to the CEO, restaurant management and staff
2. Partner with Restaurant Managers to plan and execute sales building activities that will build relationships, which will increase customer count, check average and sales
3. Deploy web, social media, email, collateral, merchandise, and other communications effectively
4. Coordinate partner, community, vendor relationships, and agencies.
5. Establish goodwill and build relationships within the community and with the restaurant-s overall food concept
6. Identify and capitalize on strategic partners that complement the restaurant brand
7. Plan and execute marketing events in coordination with restaurant
8. Collect and analyze data to improve marketing programs
9. Assist and/ or complete additional tasks as assigned
10. Must clearly be able to demonstrate growth in sales as a result of marketing efforts
